A graduate of UPR’s School of Architecture with a master's degree has been in practice for over 25 years. His knowledge of the construction industry and building systems together with his managerial skills are fundamental to Abacus’ business offering. As company founder, he oversees all aspects of the company operation and business development. IFMA member since 2014, our Managing Partner is constantly learning the new trends in Facility Management.

She graduated from the School of Architecture in the University of Puerto Rico where she received her bachelor's degree in Environmental Design (2014) and a master's in Architecture (2016), she brings a new vision to building maintenance and operating issues. Her fresh outlook on Information Management and Graphic Design are key skills in Abacus' business offer. Her personality has proven to be a very valuable resource and is fundamental in her effectiveness as a project manager.
