During the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Puerto Rican Government has implemented new phase transitions every 21 days, gradually re-opening different sectors. All these dates have been mapped out beginning on May 25, 2020 all the way through June 7, 2021. If the 21-day pattern continues we will be seeing these transitions interlacing with hurricane season, beginning of the school year, influenza season, elections, and the first 100 days of the new government.
