How will spaces change after COVID-19?

As we all know COVID-19 has come to change the way we do things "normally", bringing us into a "new normality". But, how will this "new normal" change how we use and design spaces effectively? Social distancing should be observed in all spaces. The open office concept will have to be revised to observe social distancing and protect the employee. Offices which could have 2 to 3 visitors should limit the visitors to 1 or, better yet, none. A conference room which once could have seated 6 people should now seat 4 with the new social distancing rules. Those are just a few of the studies we have done.
